New Delhi : we had been given to understand Lg of j&k is inaugurating new complex/ Building on 5th may which has been built on temple land illegally by EQUINOX REAL ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED . It is shocking if it is true.
EQUINOX REAL ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED RoC-Delhi Registration Number 159133 owner MOHAMMAD SHAFI TRUMBOO & MUSHTAQ AHMED TRUMBOO & Amla fraudulently constructed Building on historical Durga nag Temple Srinagar Kashmir , This company has kept temple land mortgage & had raised Loan from jk bank. The said company and its directors are not paying back borrowed money to jk Bank . Since This company is not paying borrowed money back to jk bank , question arises where from they had raised funds towards construction of muti stored building / hospital ??
Since the last 33 years, no successive governments took any initiative to protect temple properties of minorities of Kashmir, despite repeated court orders, temple properties have been illegally given on lease.
The Jammu and Kashmir Administration/Revenue Department has failed to protect the temple properties and has been unable to vacate the temple properties /premises, which have been leased out by the respective managements illegally for personal favours.
